A deposit of $100 is required to confirm your consultation. Your appointment will be scheduled for 1 hour. During your consultation you will address your concerns and a treatment plan will be developed. Your treatment plan will include all recommendations and associated pricing. Your deposit will sit in your account as a credit to be used towards any treatment or procedure.
