Someone from our team will be in touch to confirm your appointment.
A consultation is scheduled for one hour and will begin with photos being taken. You will then meet with Dr. Mary and have a thorough discussion of all concerns and options available to correct those concerns. You will leave our office with a customized treatment plan outlining the options discussed during the consultation.
A deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment.
That $100.00 is then applied as a credit to the procedure(s) you then receive during or after your appointment.
We request all new patients to please arrive 15 minutes prior to treatment to fill out required paperwork.
For your safety, make up will be removed prior to treatment. For all injections and microneedling no make up can be applied to the treated area for 3 hours post treatment.
Payment and Cancellations
Cosmetic procedures must be paid in full prior to or on the day of service. No exceptions.
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or we will assess a charge of $50.00.
All surgical services, resurfacing laser services, and Exilis Ultra treatments must be paid for at the time of scheduling. Your fee will be fully refunded if changes are made greater than 14 days prior to the procedure. If changes are made within 7 days of the procedure, you will be refunded for 50% of the intended procedure.
