Forever Young BBL

Looking young never gets old.
There are two types of aging: intrinsic and extrinsic. One is inevitable the other is preventable.

Intrinsic Aging refers to the biological changes that occur naturally in your body as you age. Intrinsic aging is part of our genetic make up  and accounts for approximately 10 percent of your skin’s aging process. Examples of intrinsic aging are depletion of elastin and collagen.

Extrinsic Aging occurs as a direct response to your lifestyle or life-style related factors that are largely in your control.  Things that effect extrinsic aging are poor diet, smoking, stress, facial expression and even weather. These factors can can increase the rate at which your skin ages.

Aging is inevitable, but with BBL Forever Young you can reverse the signs of aging at the gene level. Stanford University study which was published in the Journal of Investigative Dermatology shows that Sciton BroadBand Light (BBLTM) treatments can change the expression of genes associated with the aging process to more closely resemble young skin. The study supports the hypothesis that regulators of aging can be altered in human skin using BBL technology to provide a functional change, rather than just a cosmetic mimic of youthful appearance.
